I have been in the homebuilding business for over 20 years and formed David Martin Homes in 1993. Before starting my own company I spent five years with John Wieland Homes, which is one of the largest homebuilders in the Southeast. I gained valuable experience with this company because of the quality and volume that his company produced for the last 30 years.

David Martin Homes has sold over 250 homes in the Henry, Clayton, and Newton County area over the last eleven years. We are proud to have an excellent reputation with the community and the Henry, Clayton, and Newton County inspectors’ office.

Metro-South Homebuilders Second Annual Arbor Day Free Tree giveaway See entire Flyer Trees Given Away on Arbor Day The Metro South Chapter of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association gave away 1,000 five to six ft. trees on Arbor Day, which was Friday, Feb. 21. The distribution point was at Walker Nursery on Walt Stephens Road in Jonesboro.
