I would like to thank you for such a smooth sale of the property at Colonade Dr., Rex, Ga 30273. The home was ready on time with all punchlist items complete before closing. The initial walkthrough was conducted in a professional manner with you present as well as your superintendent. You and you agent Lisa Patterson were always available to answer any questions and were very professional at all times. Lisa was very good to return my phone calls in a timely manner.

The owners seem to be very happy with their purchase and should they encounter any problems I'm sure they will be dealt with swiftly. It will be my pleasure to show your homes again. I look forward to another sale in the future.
